Wedding Cakes
The Appointment
- We discuss the cake design by either phone or email, all your ideas are welcome.
- We give consulting Appointments when cakes serve 80 guests or more.
- For the appointment we suggest you to bring pictures, design ideas, and a piece of fabric or ribbon with the color of your theme or decorations.
- For your convenience we have attached a list of ideas, that will help to ease your appointment.
- The contract we issue has a complete written description of your cake, pricing, sketch and delivery information.
- The color swatch forms part of the contract.
- To reserve your wedding date a deposit of $80 non-refundable, non transferable is required.
- The rest of the 50% of the total cost is required two months prior to the event.
- The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event.

We offer the following:
- One flavor cake, two flavor cakes, three flavor cakes and four flavor cakes
- One to three different fillings.
- Please refer to our price list that follows.
Decorations
Additional charges may apply for more intricate design work, specialty flavors, additional flavors or fillings, colored icing or fondant, custom decorations such as gumpaste flowers, ribbons, bows, sugar flowers, butterflies, birds, dragees, chocolate or sugar monograms, satin ribbons or rolled fondant ribbons, chocolate or rolled fondant figurines, carved shaped cakes, etc.

Changes in Cake Orders
Cake flavor and fillings – 30 days prior to the event
Cake Shape – 30 days prior to the event
Decorations – 45 days prior to the event.
No changes can be made within 30 days of the event.
Sheet or Square Cakes
We can prepare Sheet or Square cakes for weddings that have a large guest count. We prepare double-layer Iced cakes (4" tall) with fillings. These cakes include up to two flavor of cakes (the same as the wedding) and two fillings (the same used in the wedding cake. The icing is buttercream vanilla icing. Price for these cakes are $2.40 per guest.
Delivery
Delivery is available for all cake orders:
$20 to the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area
$45 to the Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest area
We can quote delivery to other cities.
Customers can pick up their cakes, we can pack conveniently cakes that are going to be picked up with an easy step-by-step instructions sheet.
Cutting Service
When requested, this service can be performed, minimum charge for this service is $50 *Other specifications regarding this service are required.
Anniversary Cake
Cakes Paradise offers a complimentary 6” round cake on your one year-anniversary. We will appreciate you contact us 30 days prior to your anniversary to schedule your cake.
Birthday & Special Occasion Cakes
Because of the unique designs and many varieties of special occasion cakes, there is no set pricing charge per serving. Special occasion cakes generally start at $95.00 serving 24 guests and increase in price depending upon size and design.
